Planners often charge based on their experience in the field and the knowledge that can save both time and money.  They also factor in event size and complexity  for prizing: the bigger the event, the more complex the planning needs to be.  They also take all the stress of planning from their clients, from handling logistics to vendor coordination and problem-solving. They handle all of the details allowing the client to enjoy the event and focus on the main goals without stressing over every little detail. 

There is wide range of events that event planners manage, including corporate events, social and private events, and nonprofit and fundraising events. Each event will have its own unique obstacles, having a planner will ensure the proper skills needed to tackle any problem. 

Your event planner should have a clear list of responsibilities, from day-of coordination's to managing budgets. A planner should be able manage expectations and deliver  your vision

No, we do not choose vendors for you. However, we offer a full list of trusted vendors to choose from, and collaborate with any vendor of your choosing to offer a seamless event.

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability and customization on most events. However, weddings with full planning services should be booked at least 9 months in advance. 

We currently accept cash, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and checks for now.
