Cancellation/Refund Policy

- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with KD Events, applied toward the total cost.

- Rescheduling requires a $100 fee to secure a new date, with a full 30-day notice mandatory.

- You may only reschedule one time. Any additional rescheduling requests will result in removal from client list.

- Charges for rescheduling apply only if the requested new date is available.

- Cancellations made without providing 30 days’ notice will not receive any refund.
